Authorized Business Use

The portal is provided only for authorized business users working with Portor Lighting. You may use it only for legitimate business purposes related to the applicable rep, distributor, customer, quote, order, product, commission, or support relationship. Access may be suspended, limited, or revoked at any time.

Accounts And Security

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share accounts.
• Use accurate account and business information.
• When you activate an account, set a password, or continue after a terms update, you agree to the current Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Portor Lighting may record the version and timestamp of that acceptance.
• Notify Portor Lighting promptly if you believe your account or portal data has been accessed without authorization.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Portor Lighting's systems or personnel.

Confidential Information

The portal may contain non-public pricing, discounts, quotes, order data, shipment data, customer information, commission information, documents, product plans, and internal business tools. You may use that information only for the business relationship with Portor Lighting and only share it with people who are authorized to receive it. Separate confidentiality, rep, distributor, sales, or purchase agreements remain in effect and control if they conflict with these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access data or portal sections you are not authorized to use.
• Share credentials, bypass security, scrape the portal, or automate excessive requests.
• Upload malicious code, misleading information, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse portal software or content.
• Interfere with portal availability, performance, or security.

Portal Data And Business Records

Portal data is provided to support business workflows. Pricing, availability, shipment status, commissions, overage, payouts, documents, and other records may change, may be delayed, and may require verification with Portor Lighting. Formal quotes, orders, returns, credits, commissions, and payments are governed by the applicable written agreement, accepted quote, invoice, purchase order, or official Portor Lighting process.

Feedback And Notes

If you submit feedback, ideas, comments, bug reports, or notes through the portal, you allow Portor Lighting to review, store, use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the portal or business operations without payment or obligation to you. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you are authorized to share it.

Ownership

The portal, P.E.R.C.Y. / PDSM software, page designs, workflows, reports, and related content are owned by Portor Lighting or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the portal for authorized business use only.

Third-Party Services And Links

The portal may connect to or link to third-party services, file storage, email, hosting, product resources, or manufacturer/public websites. Portor Lighting is not responsible for third-party sites that it does not control.

Privacy

Portal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Disclaimers And Limits

The portal is provided as a business support tool and, to the extent permitted by law, is provided "as is" and "as available." Portor Lighting does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, or that every feature will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, Portor Lighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from portal use.

Changes

Portor Lighting may update these terms or the portal from time to time. Continued portal use after an update means the updated terms apply. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.
